2. Fair Use for Mentors

   1. Genuine Connection: Mentors should utilize the platform to connect with mentees genuinely interested in their expertise and guidance.
   2. Communication: Mentors must clearly communicate their areas of knowledge and set realistic expectations for mentees.
   3. Commitment: Mentors should dedicate a reasonable amount of time and effort to providing quality mentorship to assigned mentees.
   4. Conduct: Mentors must maintain professional conduct and uphold the Aplentify community guidelines.

3. Fair Use for Mentees

   1. Clear Goals: Mentees should clearly define their goals and learning needs when creating their profile.
   2. Respect: Mentees must be respectful of their mentor's time and expertise by coming prepared for sessions and asking thoughtful questions.
   3. Participation: Mentees should actively participate in mentorship sessions and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow.
   4. Feedback: Mentees are encouraged to provide feedback to their mentor and the Aplentify team to help improve the platform.

4. Violations

   1. Aplentify reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate the Fair Use Policy or Terms of Service.
   2. Users found in violation may be subject to penalties, including account suspension or termination.
