• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and are liable for any activity under your account.

5. Skill Credits and Payments

Users can purchase Skill Credits to access learning opportunities on the platform.

Skill sharers (earners) accumulate credits, which can be redeemed or used within the Aplentify ecosystem.

Aplentify processes transactions securely; additional fees may apply depending on your location.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, and software associated with Aplentify are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by Aplentify or its licensors.

You are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying any materials without prior written permission.

7. Suspension and Termination

Aplentify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
• Your actions harm the platform, its users, or its reputation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aplentify shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Disputes or conflicts arising between users.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai.
